Dreamscape Ventures LLC, doing business as Dream Digital Marketing, and dreamdigitalmarketing.com (“Dream Digital Marketing” or “dreamdigitalmarketing.com” or “Dream Digital” or “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our Clients, and we created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to give you notice of how your private information will be used by us in connection with our Service and when you use our publicly available website at dreamdigitalmarketing.com (the “Site”) and other related services on which we post a direct link to this privacy policy (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”). This Privacy Policy provides information on our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal and/or confidential information we receive from (1) Clients (including information submitted to us by any third parties on behalf of Clients) and (2) visitors who simply browse our web site (“Visitors”). Collectively referred to in this Policy as (“you” or “user” or “client”). For the purposes of our Policy, “you” and “user” and “client” are defined as any past, current or prospective client, customer, or visitor of dreamdigitalmarketing.com.

What information do we collect?

In some situations, you may provide us with your personally identifiable information, which could include your name, street address, telephone number, email address, job title, credit card information, billing address, password information for your email, other financial account number(s), mother’s maiden name or other family names, date and place of birth, photographic image, other accounts in relation to providing you with our service and any other information we collect about you that by itself is not personally identifiable information but if combined with personally identifiable information could be used to personally identify you.

General Use of Personal Identifiable Information

Information Collected Automatically – Log Data

When you access our Site, we automatically collect certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information information about your use of our Site and store it in log files. How We Use Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Business Transitions

If we sell or transfer all or a portion of our company’s business interests, assets, or both, or in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, acquisition by another company, bankruptcy, assignment for benefit of creditors or receivership, other company change, or as otherwise disclosed in the terms and conditions of our agreements with clients, including the separately provided Service Terms applicable to our Services, collected client information may be disclosed and may be among the assets transferred. Such information will be treated in the same manner as set forth in this Policy. In the event of any significant changes to the manner in which your information is handled, you will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information. The Company further reserves the right to disclose, transfer or sell your personal information to companies who are affiliated with Company in Company’s sole discretion.

Complying with Legal Process

The Company reserves the right to use or disclose your Personally Identifiable Information (i) to the extent required by law or (ii) if we believe that such disclosure is necessary in order to comply with official investigations or legal proceedings initiated by governmental and/or law enforcement officials, or private parties, including but not limited to: in response to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or legal process, or (iii) to otherwise establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or (iv) in the event you violate or breach an agreement with the Company or (v) if we believe you will harm the property or rights of the Company, its owners, or those of the Company’s other customers, or (vi) if we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or property, violations of Company’s other policies, or as otherwise required by law whenresponding to subpoenas, court orders, and other legal processes.

No Information Collected from Children

Dream Digital Marketing will not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If the Company obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately removed from any access. The Company has no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. Dream Digital Marketing has designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

Access and Modifying Client Information

You may review and update the personally identifiable information in your account by logging in and editing such information in your account. We may retain a client’s personal information for so long as its account is active or as reasonably needed by us to provide our Services. We may also retain and use such information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, you can access your account and remove any personal information, but this may result in the closure of your account.

Disclosures to Third Parties

We may disclose information collected from a client to our affiliates, service providers, vendors, suppliers, and other third parties that provide products or services for or through this Service who have agreed to (i) hold this information in confidence and (ii) not use it for any purpose except to carry out the services they are providing for Dream Digital Marketing. Such third parties provide services that include but are not limited to: web site or database hosting, authentication, address list hosting, e-mail service, analytics, distribution, hosting client relationship management, marketing automation, customer service, other similar software platforms service, processing credit or other payment card payments, collecting delinquent accounts, fulfilling and processing orders, delivering products you have ordered, assisting with marketing and promotions, and other similar use of such information on our behalf.

Disclosure to Third Parties – Partners

Dream Digital Marketing has a number of partner services that provide complementary services to our Clients. We may disclose information collected from a client to one or more trusted partners for the purpose of such partner(s) providing assistance to the client in its use of the Services, to allow us to offer additional services to our clients and for the purpose of marketing complementary or value-add products and services to the client. Each trusted partner will have agreed to (i) hold this information in confidence, and (ii) not use it for any purpose except for the purposes described above.

Third Party Sites and Links

Our Site may contain links to third party websites. We strongly recommend that clients review the privacy policies of any such third party prior to submitting personally identifiable information. Dream Digital Marketing has no control over and is not responsible for the information practices of other websites, including those to which we may link and those which may link to us. Please note that the privacy and other policies of any such third-party website may differ materially from this Policy.

Disclosures Made by You within Public or Interactive Areas of Site

If you use a bulletin board, blog, comment or discussion forum or chat room (collectively, “forums”) made available on the Site or on Facebook.com (“Facebook”), any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, could be used to send you unsolicited messages and could be potentially searchable through search engines. We are not responsible for the potential misuse by third parties of any personally identifiable information that you choose to submit in any forum.

Nature of the Business

Please note that the nature of our marketing and sales Services means that clients using our Service will frequently and routinely make your personally identifying information available to third parties or the public as part of our ordinary business operations. This disclosure may take place on Facebook, search engines, other social media channels, and other advertising platforms.

Tools We Use to Collect Information

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. The data collected may include how you navigate around a web page and the most commonly clicked links on a specific web page, your browser version, operating system, and other technical information. We may also from time to time contract with third parties to track and analyze anonymous unique identifiable usage and volume statistical information from users. We may select and post client testimonials and reviews on our Sites, which may contain personally identifiable information such as your name and/or the city, state, or country in which you live. We will obtain your consent prior to posting any testimonial or review with your name. If you post such content, it will be available to other users of the Sites. Your posting may also become public and we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy or the law. You have the right to receive a copy of Your personal data that is subject to processing. Ordinary requests will be granted without charge to You within one calendar month of date of request. The Company may use reasonable means to confirm Your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests. To be Forgotten

You have the right to be forgotten by Dream Digital Marketing. You may request to be forgotten by emailing us at [email protected]. We will comply with Your request within one calendar month by deleting Your personally-identifiable information from our database and our contact information systems. After your request is fulfilled You may not have access to any Dream Digital Marketing products or services unless and until You opt-in and create a new Dream Digital Marketing account. The Company may use reasonable means to confirm Your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent the granting of fraudulent requests.

To Restrict Processing of Your Data

You can request that Your data not be processed via Dream Digital Marketing partners. You can make that request by e-mailing us at [email protected]. We will respond to Your request, at no charge to You, within thirty (30) days from when You make Your request. Please be advised that some of our partners are essential to Dream Digital Marketing products and services, so that if You block processing by them, the Company’s services may be unavailable to You.

Portability

You have the right to receive a copy of Your personal data that is subject to processing by the Company in a portable format, or to have it transferred directly from Dream Digital Marketing to another party. Requests will be granted within one calendar month of the date of request. The Company may use reasonable means to confirm Your identity before granting any request to transfer data to You or another party so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests. You May Opt-Out from Promotional Messages

Please note that if you opt-out of promotional/marketing messages, you may continue to receive certain communications from us, such as administrative and service announcements and/or messages about your account/profile. We do not honor “Do Not Track” requests through your web browser because the data we collect is necessary to improve security, to generate reporting statistics and to improve the user experience with our Services.

The Company monitors our systems using industry-standard security measures. The Company cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be absolutely secure. The Company cannot guarantee that its security measures will prevent its computers from being illegally accessed and the individual information on them stolen or modified.

Third-Party Hosting, Serving, and Storage.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY, FOR CULPABLE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENT) ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS/VENDORS.

Governing Law, Superseding Contract Terms.
By choosing to visit and interact with Dream Digital Marketing, you agree that your visit and any dispute regarding the protection of your privacy during such visit is subject to this Policy and the choice of law and dispute resolution provisions in our separate Terms of Use and/or Service Terms applicable to the Services relating to the dispute.
